... in the light of my experience ,i sum up

engineering studies like this.....

For 8 semesters we mug up the

theories and dig out "internals" directly proportional to the impressions left on the faculties....

Then the university applies a " random function "and adds to the topping...

For them,,,....some who hav had a blessing with both the above,,

companies come and apply a "La Placement transformation ".....

For the rest...,,they could rust....let down by the fact that they still have not had a

" four year transformation."....
